RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
A few types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous substances, or products with flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-refundable products:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
* Book with clear signs of use
* Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our fault.
*Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery
refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is usually processing time before a refund is issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to them only to order later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Transport

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.
